Who can effortlessly make anyone unlimitedly blissful? Is there any person who can deliver Krishna-Prema at His will? The answer is Lord Nityananda. 500 years ago, Lord Krishna appeared as Lord Chaitanya, and Lord Balarama appeared as Lord Nityananda. They mercifully distributed chanting of Hare Krishna Mahamantra, which is Yug-dharma, to deliver everyone who is rotting in this world due to the forgetfulness of Krishna.
Srila Prabhupada says, "A bonafide spiritual master is the representative of Lord Nityananda, who is the original spiritual master of all the living entities." A bona fide spiritual master delivers many fallen souls from clutches of repeated birth & death, and Lord Nityananda is chief among them. Unconditionally, Lord Nityananda prabhu not only awards liberation but also Krishna Prema, which is exceptionally rare to be achievable for personalities like Brahma & Shiva.
The glory of Lord Nityananda:
In Adi 8.23, "Simply by talking of Nityananda Prabhu, one awakens his love for Krishna. Thus all his bodily limbs are agitated by ecstasy, and tears flow from his eyes like the waters of the Ganges."
Srila Narottama Dasa Thakur says, "The lotus feet of Lord Nityananda are a shelter where one gets the soothing moonlight not only of one but of millions of moons. If the world wants to have real peace, it should take shelter of Lord Nityananda. Unless one takes shelter under the shade of the lotus feet of Lord Nityananda, it will be very difficult for him to approach Radha-Krishna. If one wants to enter into the dancing party of Radha-Krishna, he must firmly catch hold of the lotus feet of Lord Nityananda."
Lord Nityananda is the Supreme Personality of Godhead. His beauty was described by Srila Krishna Dasa Kaviraj Goswami, Adi, 5.184-190.
"He had a glossy blackish complexion, and His tall, strong, heroic stature made Him seem like Cupid himself. He had beautifully formed hands, arms and legs, and eyes like lotus flowers. He wore a silk cloth, with a silk turban on His head, golden earrings on His ears, and golden armlets and bangles.
"Tinkling anklets on His feet and a garland of flowers around His neck. His body was anointed with sandalwood pulp, and He was nicely decorated with tilaka. His movements surpassed those of a maddened elephant. His face was more beautiful than millions upon millions of moons, and His teeth were like pomegranate seeds because of His chewing betel. His body moved to and fro, right and left, for He was absorbed in ecstasy. He chanted 'Krishna, Krishna' in a deep voice. His red stick was moving in His hand; He seemed like a maddened lion. All around the four sides of His feet were bumblebees."
Preaching work of Lord Nityananda:
Srila Lochana Das Thakur says, "The angerless, prideless, supremely joyful Nityananda Ray wanders throughout the towns. Going from door to door to the homes of the lowly and fallen souls, He distributes the Hare Krishna mahamantra."
Lord Nityananda unconditionally distributed holy names to anyone and everyone. Deliverance of Jagai & Madhai, who were drunkards, women hunters, nuisance mongers, are the perfect examples of His causeless mercy. Even though these two brothers, who were the lowest of man-kind, attacked Lord Nityananda, He bestowed Krishna's holy name and delivered Krishna-Prema to them. What else can be the more magnificent example of His preaching work?
Lord Nityananda Prabhu delivered not only human beings but also all moving & non-moving creatures. Srila Lochana Dasa Thakur says, "Within the three worlds there is no one like Lord Chaitanya or Lord Nityananda. Their merciful qualities are so great that upon hearing them, even birds and beasts cry and stones melt."
Therefore every sane man must tightly hold the lotus feet of Lord Nityananda prabhu and chant Hare Krishna Mahamantra with great faith & earnestness.
